Process - Custom House Plans

This is how I typically work:

Step 1: Tell me what you're looking for.

Basic information would include what size and style of house you're looking for, the location where you plan to build it, how many bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. It would also be helpful if you could send along any samples of features that you like in a home.

Step 2: I will send you a flat-fee quote for my services.

Our pricing includes unlimited revisions which guarantees that the plans will not be completed until you are completely happy with the design, all for one flat fee.

Step 3: I will design a preliminary plan for you

The design phase includes preliminary floor plans, exterior elevations and 3d exterior views.

Step 4: Send me your modifications and corrections

This is easy! Just call me to discuss the design or send me an email or a fax with your thoughts.

Step 5: I will produce the construction plans.

The plans will be designed to comply with your local building codes. If your plans require additional changes to meet code, I will make them at no additional charge.
