We have been designing houses all across America (and Canada) since 1992.  Our philosophy is that you shouldn't have to pick your house plan "off the rack" so we strive to provide custom-designed house plans for a price competitive with stock plans.

Thanks to computer-aided drafting (CAD), the amount of time required to assemble construction plans has decreased significantly thus reducing the advantage of pre-designed house plans. Details that once had to be redrawn for every plan can now be copied from templates that match the design characteristics of any particular plan.  The design process is also easier now because changes to the plan can be made much more quickly and efficiently allowing the client to explore all of their options before committing to a design.

Because of these advantages, we are able to work with our clients on a flat-fee basis to design, change and modify the design of each plan until it fits them perfectly.
